Position includes bid preparations, contract negotiations, monitoring day-to-day operations of company, scheduling work force and equipment to complete contract specifications and meet deadlines, and interface with legal counsel in litigated disputes. Sold equity interest to partner in 2007, remained as employee/consultant.

Regis Homes is a developer of large apartment properties. Assumed the responsibility of Owner's Representative and Construction Manager for a $92,000,000, 770-unit apartment project. The project consisted of wood frame four-story buildings over two levels of subterranean parking. Project encompassed approximately 17 acres with one acre of waterscape.

Barratt Irvine is a division of a United Kingdom-based residential developer. Normal annual production of this division was 550 units. Responsible for all elements of construction to ensure completion of homes on time, within budget, and with a high degree of quality construction.
