Project Controls Consultant: Provided Self Performing Client (SWPC) and Joint Venture partner (STC) with defined contract deliverable analysis on both Steam and Gas Turbine design and installation functions ($350M). Developed for internal use, a comprehensive template used as a guide to improving design and cost including an intense SDLC analysis of in house software in an attempt to assimilate the design into a mainstream functional support tool. Designed a curriculum incorporating the “Principles of Project Controls in the Power Industry” including schedule fundamentals and Primavera P3 applications. Using this agenda, to hold instruction classes for joint venture management personnel designed to establish a consistent lateral understanding of project controls.
