Marriott Frenchman’s Reef Hotel, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – Construction for $40M renovation and restoration of existing resort hotel damaged by hurricanes. Directed renovation of 600 guest rooms and 88 suites, all public areas, restaurants, hard scape, and additional landscaping. Expedited schedule was achieved along with minimizing budget overruns.
Senior Living / Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)
Lanier Village Estates, Phase 1 & 2, Gainesville, Georgia – Construction for $80M consisting of independent living units, cottages, central facility, dining & full service kitchen, and health center. Generated $4M in preconstruction savings through cost estimating and value engineering.
Medical / Hospital
Children’s Medical Center at Medical College of Georgia, Augusta, Georgia – Senior Program Manager for $41M, 224K square feet, 5story facility construction project that included partial basement and a rooftop helideck that supported Medical College’s designation as regional trauma center.

HartsfieldJackson, Atlanta International Airport, Atlanta, Georgia – Project Manager for $34.4M,
1.4M square feet construction for Concourse E, Phase II uplift project that included all interiors for baggage and boarding levels and 12story ground control tower.
