VP of Development, Owner Rep, Project Manager. Largest design campus in the world-  showroom and distribution. Project scope-$35M. 240,000 sf design center, conventional structure with curtain wall, six-acre site development. Hired 10 months after construction began, savings to owner $1.6M in life safety, MEP, and hundreds of thousands of dollars in offset losses.
