Primary Responsibilities:

2)   Managed the JPM Guardian (JPMG) Installation Protection Program (IPP) independent assessment and analysis effort. Led group of GOVT and Contractor SMEs from ECBC, Army Materiel Systems Analysis Activity (AMSAA), the Test Evaluation Office (TEO), and the Institute of Defense Analyses (IDA) in the assessment of the IPP execution at Department of Defense (DoD) installations. This ATD supports the warfighter by demonstrating a tailored, all-hazards approach to mitigating hazards associated with current and emerging chem-bio agent threats. The primary focus was on the evaluation of technology areas (coatings, decontaminants, agent disclosure/decontamination assurance, and other hazard mitigation areas), for use by the warfighter based on market surveys, requests for information, and technical maturity to eliminate hazards associated with CB threats from all surfaces, while not creating additional surface damage. Responsible for leading effort to identify and match technologies with decontaminants, applications, and processes for targeting surface contamination.
