Introduction
As Regional Senior Project Manager have coordinated, managed, design, and constructed projects for several Multi-Million Dollar Commercial Projects through-out the world.
I have established Design Methods, Construction Standards, Short and Long Form Contracts, Accounting procedures, Spot Auditing, Budget Standards, and Upgraded Business Systems / Departments.
I have a solid background in business, which assures that the department will be run effectively and efficiently.
Over the last Twenty plus years I have completed Major Renovations as builder, and designer, in Houston, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, Hawaii, Canada, and South America. Projects range from Condos, Apartments, Houses, Hospitals, Hotels, Car Rental Facilities, Parking Lot Structures, Airport Tenant Improvements, Out of the Ground Buildings, Exterior High raise Building facelifts, New Office Design, Move management, Office Renovations, and lots of Tenant Improvement for Doctors, Dentists, Medical, and Business Clients. I have dealt with Unions, and administered the Davis Bacon Act. I have dealt with ACM, ADA, OSHPD, and JCAHO. I have headed up teams of Architects, Designer, and Contractors to design and build three complete new corporate offices in three different countries. All received an added value of substantial savings on these build outs through creativity and use of materials.
My strength as owner representative is grounded in commitment to quality, integrity and follows through with a demand for good communications. I have always made great association with city officials and the General Contractors who respect my judgment and respond to my requests for quality and timelines.
