Ambulatory Surgery Center/Medical Office
Building
: $17 million,
63,000 SF, two-story building.  ASC
includes four operating rooms and 22 pre-op/post-op rooms.  MOB includes Center of Internal Medicine,
Diabetes and Ear, Nose & Throat suites with exam rooms, labs and support
office/areas.



Med-Surg Wing (4 Phases): $11.1 million, 55,000 SF renovation converts
the existing patient wings and surgery suites into the new Meyer Orthopedic
Center of Excellence.  Project consists
of cosmetic renovations of the transitional care and rehabilitation units,
complete renovation of 36 patient rooms and the addition of six new orthopedic
operating rooms, a new sterile processing department and nine post anesthesia
care units.



Central Utility Plant Upgrades: $7.2 million replacement of existing
utility plant equipment including two new 1,200 ton chillers, 800 hp boilers,
two cooling towers and three new 1.5MW generators and switchgear to provide
additional emergency power capability. 
Required close coordination with Hospital to shut existing units down.



Emergency Department: $31.7 million, 85,000 SF, single-story
with mechanical mezzanine building addition and expansion.  Includes 62 private rooms, a 26-bed
observation unit, two helipads, four bay ambulance garage, sky bridge, healing
garden, and a stand alone imaging department with MRI, CT and X-Ray capability.

Emergency Center

construction management of a 5,400 SF, 3-story addition to an existing 6,100 SF,
2-story veterinary surgery and clinic facility. 
Project also consisted of renovation of existing administration offices
into exam, cardiology, and tele-medicine suites.  Expansion consisted of new electrical service,
addition of a wet pipe sprinkler system, surgery suites, CT and imaging suites,
ICU cages and runs, and business offices.

Jackson Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP)

expansion and upgrade of the existing 200,000 gallon per day (gpd) WWTP
increased the capacity to treat 600,000 gpd. 
The $10 million project includes a new filter building, control and
laboratory building, influent pump station, and chemical/solids handling

(RTO), a chemical storage tank farm containing three 3,500 gallon stainless
steel tanks, and a 200 LF process pipe bridge. 
Also included were asbestos abatement, removal of existing equipment,

facilities, a new administrative office building, sewer and fire line upgrades,
