Brief View of the Profile:
Over all responsible in structuring, executing, implementing and controlling the contract management
Handling all contractual issues, interpretation of contract conditions with various parties involve, resolving Contracts issues and handling of documentations.
Formulating Tender, Preparation of Bid Enquiry, invitation of Bids, evaluation of offers, techno-commercial discussion and negotiation with vendors and finalisation of contract as per contracting strategy.
Approving or rejecting requests for deviations from contract specifications and delivery schedules
Representing on matters related to contract and commercial matters
Complete claim Management, Study of contract documents and preparation of contract appreciation (evaluation) document, compile data essential of contracts, establish & mai -ntain contract correspondence. Prepare claims regarding damages, delay and disruption to the works & contractual correspondence, Maintaining the contemporary records. Assist in making contractual communication, notification of change / extra works/ extension of time and other contractual claims during the life cy cle of contract. Identification of cause of delay, financial claims and variation and obligation of company.
