I am a professional architect from Mexico with more than 20 years of experience designing residential, commercial and institutional development projects in both Mexico and the United States. My skills include complete project management from architectural design preparations and presentations, to client communications and negotiations, financial budgeting and construction implementation. I have a proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and close complex negotiations on pending development bids.


In addition to my architecture degree, financial management experience interfacing with Particulars and Mexican government entities, professional skills on both sides of the border, I have coordinated bid specifications, recruited personnel, supervised and coordinated construction process and installations as intelligent security systems among other,  translated (English<>Spanish) technical specifications, project presentations, and budgets in direct negotiations with clients.


 After a few years of experience working for 2 important companies, one in the USA, one in Mexico, I started my business on my own making a successful career in Mexico as an Independent Architect based on my Profession and Public Relations skills, my achievements on every project built my career through the years and was taken to important levels.


 As I moved to Houston Tx for personal reasons I am very interested and excited to bring my professional experience and start to be part of the multicultural workforce that Houston City offers to the world as well as contribute with my bilingual skills and cultural diversity.


I am ready to start a new career here counting on my experience as an Architect that includes also Coordination, Bilingual Public Relations and Finance Administration Management.
