San Manuel Casino $355MPM/CM services for new 3-level casino, elevated pedestrian bridge with moving walkways, 1200-car parking facility, new underground 2-restaraunts, utilities, roads, landscaping, water features, ponds and hardscape and central emergency power plant. Completed on time & budget.

San Manuel Casino: Parking Garage $85M 7-level, 2300 stall, 900,000sf parking structure and 300 foot CalTrans concrete box girder bridge, post tension beam and slab, cast-in-place (CIP) moment frame garage. Construction means and methods required by Seismic Zone 4 regulations. Completed on time & budget.

San Manuel Casino Un-Shell & Remodel $52M Fit and finish interior build-out of 120,000-sf of shell space. The project included additional gaming, kitchen/dining, MEP support and enhanced back of house areas. Completed on time & budget.

Dry Creek Rancheria Infrastructure Projects $30M Extensive hillside retention and roadwork, new radius bridge, water and wastewater treatment facilities, utility relocation, substation, power, gas, communication lines; and creek restoration.

Dry Creek Rancheria Hotel & Casino $375M New casino, hotel and spa, garden and terrace plaza, conference facilities, multiple food and beverage venues, retail shops, parking, balconies and terraces, administrative facilities, and back of house functions. Facility has three levels above ground, 8 floor hotel tower and 4 levels below ground.

Manager of consultant and construction management teams for phased development of State of California park facilities. Direct a 30-person team to manage construction and inspection services in State of California on construction and relocation phases of commercial, gaming, infrastructure, power generation, utilities, and road facilities.
