Captured new markets through conception of pipeline route and commercial marketing efforts and served as Commercial Project Manager for a market-pull expansion of the Phoenix Expansion Project, a $1 billion proposed natural gas pipeline lateral, presently in service.
Delivered Anchor Shipper contracts resulting in 75% of the proposed capacity totaling $75 million annual revenue under 15 year contracts.
Led and/or participated in complex business transactions including Purchase and Sale Agreements.
Developed and enforced tariff language relating to transportation and storage rate schedules, service agreements and general terms and conditions of pipeline FERC gas tariff.
