         Captured new markets through conception of pipeline route and commercial marketing efforts and served as Commercial Project Manager for a market-pull expansion of the Phoenix Expansion Project, a $1 billion proposed natural gas pipeline lateral, presently in service.


         Delivered Anchor Shipper contracts resulting in 75% of the proposed capacity totaling $75 million annual revenue under 15 year contracts.


         Led and/or participated in complex business transactions including Purchase and Sale Agreements.


         Developed and enforced tariff language relating to transportation and storage rate schedules, service agreements and general terms and conditions of pipeline FERC gas tariff.  Assisted with FERC data requests and FERC filings, replies and testimony, as needed, ensuring transactions met regulatory requirements.


         Managed risk and costs and conceptualized new solutions that were appealing to the market, profitable for the company while maintaining the existing customer base.

         Established and maintained close working relationships with the supply and marketing divisions of customer utilities, producer and marketing companies.  Utilized a complete understanding of market trends and needs to serve LDC, electric utility and other end user markets through the development of new products and services, existing transportation and storage service offerings using both futures contracts and financial derivatives.


         Negotiated and marketed transportation and storage services to shippers including LDCs, brokers, marketers, producers and electric generators resulting in maintaining a 100% capacity subscription.
