Experience:

Lead Petty Officer- (December 2008 to Present) Served aboard the USS Oklahoma City(SSN 723) Responsible for the proper supervision, operation, maintenance of the ships propulsion plant, and 20 Propulsion Plant operators. Implemented an intense maintenance plan during a challenging Engineered Overhaul, resulting in Machinery Division readiness to support all shipyard key events and milestones. Optimized every opportunity to train and motivate junior personnel to ensure peak readiness to support all task. Collateral duties included serving as Drug and Alcohol Program Advisors, Work Center Supervisor and Quality Assurance Inspector.

Nuclear Repair Forman- (December 2005 to December 2008) Served at NSSF New London as a part of Nuclear Regional Maintenance Department. Was responsible for organizing 40 Electric Boat and 50 military personnel to perform over 40 complex radiological procedures. Providing project management, planning, training and radiological-control services to support maintenance, modernization and repairs of nine operational submarines. Collateral duties included serving as NSSF Command Duty Officer, and Freeze Seal Supervisor.

Engineroom Supervisor- (July 2001 to December 2005) Serve aboard the USS Wyoming (SSBN 742). Was responsible for the supervision and training of six other nuclear-trained mechanics in the operation and maintenance of power plant systems and support components during startup, shutdown, normal operations, and testing of systems. Oversaw over 200 planned and corrective maintenance actions of propulsion plant associated systems during both maintenance periods and operational conditions. Served as program manager for Propulsion Plant Mechanical Measures Calibration. Collateral duties included serving as Training Petty Officer, Work Center Supervisor and Quality Assurance Inspector.
