I have a back ground in Electrical, Electronics, Construction, and some HVAC, with years of working experience to offer. I currently have an A.S. Degree in EET from ITT Technical Institute, a Diploma and CET card from S.C.I.T.s State Approved General Electric Program, and I also have some Certified accredited training hours at JATC. I currently have both a State Certification Card in Fire & Life Safety #123223, and a State Electrical Certification Card #T12203. I have construction experience including commercial, industrial, and residential both rough-in and finish premises, with structured wiring experience, and familiar with NEC, NFPA, and some IBC codes. I currently have knowledge in carpentry, footings, foundations, structural, roofing, site & plot plans, full sets of prints, load calculations sheets, along with panel schedule layout, breaker sizing, load balancing, branch circuit conductor sizing, and rough-in & finish of electrical circuits to meet Code Requirements. Some of the other field related work experiences are, Fire & Life Safety, other Low-Voltage Systems, Industrial Controls & PLCs, and circuit trouble-shooting experience to offer. I also have some residential and commercial HVAC install cut-in & add-on experience, and went to ROP Training for it.

One of the last jobs that Ive had the opportunity to work on was a Retro-High-Rise build located in Downtown LA. The building was a hotel called the Alexandria Hotel built back in the early 1900s when code enforcement required fire proofing of rooms. It was fitted with a hard wired panel some years back, with no monitoring company, with multiple elevator recall issues, along with tank filling problems it wasnt reporting to the panel and was dry. Along with area coverage issues, the pump was also not functioning. It was approximately a 2 year project, and was upgraded to a addressable Silent Knight System to meet the code requirements.

AC/DC circuits, NEC code, NFPA code, power distribution, motor control, code application, logic control, ladder diagrams, PLCs, wiring circuits, electrical blueprints for residential, commercial, & industrial.
