I have 7.5 years of experience as Structural steel detailing, mastering the SDS/2. I have started off successfully modelling; generating the connections in 3D interface and preparing detailed drawings in 2D module of the SDS/2. Going up the ladder over the years, I have been successfully managing the projects through SDS/2, Reports, Members on Hold, Revision, Members released for Approval/Fabrication etcI have also trained more than 8 batches of fresh Engrs in my first 2 yrs of career, and which has transpired into more of mentoring TLs now. I believe in a transparent work culture thereby which every individual is open to his/her targets which in turn builds up a healthy competitive work environment, and collectively into a team which is self driven.
