ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Project Management-Managed the construction of new 168 bed Cardiac Heart Hospital, including power distribution systems, cath labs , operating rooms, 18 Month project,
$16 million contract.
-Managed construction of new cardiovascular research building, including distribution, lighting and branch power, fire alarm and data cabling.
18 month project, $4.5 million contract.
-Managed the construction of multiple CVS Pharmacy stores, schools, offices, high rise hotels, and high rise condominiums.
-Managed the fire alarm system conversion of an occupied 1.9 million square foot corporate headquarters to an addressable 8-node network system with computer graphic annunciation. 18 month project. $1.8 million contract.
-Managed the fire alarm system conversion of an occupied 1.1 million square foot exposition center to a 7-node network system with computer graphic annunciation, with special emphasis on scheduling work around the trade show events. 24 month project. $4.25 million contract.
-Managed the lighting and power upgrade of occupied 580-cell state prison. 18 month project. $1.2 million contract.
