Represent companies in the sales and marketing of energy related tax programs, mainly the 179D and 45L programs, obtaining over $23 million in tax deductions and credit for clients.
Developing energy programs for clients which include audits and grants. Reducing the energy consumption for clients, increasing awareness of energy usage and looking for opportunities to manage their facilities better. The overall reduction in energy consumption by an average of 20-30%.
Creating programs for several national companies I have developed a ranking system to determine the most and least energy facilities. Then reviewed each property to determine the most cost effective course of action to lower the overall energy consumption. Reducing the energy consumption at locations by as much as 50%.
Leading several companies in sales. I am developing relationships with the clients not as a sales person but rather as a partner finding new ways to improve energy management through out there facility.
Created the corporate marketing pieces and message from documentation to client product line.

Developed 200,000 + sf retail centers. Expedited the construction into a 6 month time line to meet the lease requirements while maintaining budget.
Reduced the time of development of retail centers by 6 months to meet the lease requirements of the tenants prior to the holiday season.

Started up and grew the organization with sales in excess of $10m annually.
Established two divisions: Contracting and Wireless.
Took an innovative approach with the usage of project management personnel resources from both divisions to maximize the return and reduce down time costs. Dramatically improved the turnaround time on completion of wireless sites by 50%. Improved client experience and profitability of project.
Contracting/Project Management division planned and completed commercial construction projects for retail clients such as Best Buy, Payless Shoes and Bennigans. Completed over 500 Amoco/BP conversions in 2 years. Average Annual sales was approx. $6.0M EBITDA of 20%
The Wireless Division completed major projects such as: In building wireless installs with organizations such as Anheuser-Busch, General Motors. Installed the largest network to date at Walt Disney World, Orlando. Average annual sales of $4.0M EBITDA of approx. 18%
