. 2004 Kaiser West L.A. 12 Million Dollar Hospital G.C.: McCarthy Builders I acted as On Site Project Manager handling the Submittal process in accordance with OSHPD, Material Expediting, Major Purchases and Scheduling until Transferred to another Project.


. 2004 Midnight Mission, L.A. 5 Million Dollar Homeless Shelter. G.C.: Swinerton Builders I was sent to act as Project Manager to completion when previous Project Manager had left SASCO.


. 2005 UCLA Campus, Beverly Hills. 8 Story Siesmic Reconstruction Project. G.C.: Swinerton Builders SASCO was taking over for a Competitor who was unable to complete. I was on Site Sr. Project Manager.
2005 Group Executive Transferred to Santa Clara to reconstruct the Electrical/Tele Data Division. Over the past 3 years, we have Re-established our marketplace in the Silicon Valley.
Running both the Data and Electrical Divisions of over 100 Employees and annual revenues growing from 4 Million to 17 Million in 2008.
