Thirteen years commercial construction experience.
Design build construction of interior high-end retail stores, small box restaurant fits outs.
Management experience as Construction Superintendent.
Ability to read interpret plans, blue prints, layouts, and specifications.
Strong management and scheduling of sub contractors and manpower.
The ability to communicate and work well with project manager, architect, subs, venders,
Building Inspectors, engineers, and anyone involved in project.
Able to handle work order changes, make decisions, and maintain construction schedule solving any problem that may arise.
Will monitor and insure job site safety with safety meetings. Always keeping a clean work area.
Ability to keep within cost control and budget.
Knowledge of permits and building codes.
Will keep daily reports of progress and activity.
Computer knowledge, verbal and written skills.
