SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS & SKILLLS As President of Ace Contracting (2002-2003) reduced overhead by 30% and decreased COGS by 25% while maintaining production levels. Cornered a niche market. While serving as Board Secretary and Project Manager of Ace Contracting (1996-2001). Cornered the North Texas regional market for Polybutylene recovery. Class action brought against Shell Oil corporation delegated contract authority to a major insurance adjuster. While limited to a sub-contractors position Ace cornered the North Texas Region and forced an offer for a general contractors position in 3 new states. The initial startup budget was $10,000. During the same time period we developed a reputation for erosion control services in the public works and commercial sectors of the industry and created a multi-million dollar business in less than 3 years. Organized the renovation and turnaround of a major wind project. As Construction Manager for Wind Connect performed a project turn around on a wind farm 6 months behind schedule. Completed 50% of the civil infrastructure on an 88 turbine site in less than 30 days during late October and early November under poor weather conditions without a single injury or road failure during tower construction. Wrote and developed multiple job tracking and project management systems and integrated them with multiple databases. Skills: Exceptionally strong written and verbal skills. Highly personable and marketing savvy. Capable of working with other GMs, family-controlled businesses, and corporation boards and directorship.
