Built Team and managed the Design and Planning of the next phase of Celebration including implementing new strategies that strive to meet the expanding challenges of resource management and economic development.
Managed and Developed projects and design plans for continuing commercial and residential projects within the 35,000 acres owned and controlled by Walt Disney World. Including current challenges with regard to resource management, traffic concurrency, future expansion, and improving guest experience.

Worked Closely with WDI Real Estate and Strategy team and consultants to establish conceptual design and community layout for project management and development coordination. Responsibilities included planning and development of complex project schedules and detailed scopes with timelines involving de-annexation and construction delivery
Supervised and Coordinated consultant work to deliver conceptual and final design documents for the development of a variety of communities for the Lake Buena Vista Land Company, The Celebration Company, and WDI Real Estate. Responsibilities included proforma budget setup, entitlement management and community planning for presentation to Senior Management Team.

Manager of Land Development
Built and managed team to coordinate work associated with Acquisition of property for Residential and commercial development including legal consultants to establish contractual and property title documents to allow design of community development.
Diligently managed teams through the investigational and entitlement of communities throughout the Central Florida region that included work within 5 different counties and 4 different cities to create and execute community development. Responsible for all major entitlement and development of more than 8,000 units with combined development budgets in excess of 250 Million dollars
Actively managed consultant teams to expand community plans for presentations to State, Local and District Municipalities required for Land Use, Density, Zoning, Permitting and Development approvals.
Managed and executed contracts with Electric, Gas, Telecommunications, Water, Wastewater and Re-use Water Utility Providers as well as Site development contractors.
Supervised and managed team of more than twenty project managers, superintendents, and admin support staff that directly managed 18 different community development projects to insure permitting, platting, infrastructure construction, and delivery of lots and sites for homebuilding and commercial construction.
Extensive experience and education training managing Corporate Environmental Compliance Program, including providing training for land development and construction field personnel in NPDES Compliance and Storm water Pollution Control.
