Designed, permitted and built two McDonalds/Chevron co-brand facilities in less than one year, and brought the projects in earlier than projected by both companies. One of these facilities in Diamond Bar, CA, set a 1999 West Division record for the quickest construction timeframe for a co-brand unit (85 days).
