Managed all accounting and job cost responsibilities for the Company taking it from a $12M revenue base in 1998 to a $39M revenue base in 2008. There were significant improvements in Gross Margin and Operating Income during this period. I worked directly with the company President, Executive Operations officer, Division Managers and Project Managers providing financial assistance & interpretation and training on job costing software. The Company went from 2 operating divisions (Electrical Construction & Electrical Service) to 5 operating divisions (adding Mechanical HVAC Plumbing Construction, Mechanical Service, and full Communications). In the past 2 years, a remote office was established in a neighboring state with 3 operating divisions (Electrical Construction, Electrical Service and Communications). I provided appropriate reports and financial interpretation to Corporate for financial consolidations on a monthly basis. I implemented and maintained SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) internal control matrixes and remediation. I also have oversight and responsibility for a staff or 6 accounting personnel (AR, AP, PR and Cash Management).

During this period we implemented SEC Edgar online reporting and filing of required quarterly and annual reports. Also under my oversight were benefit administration (employee health & insurance, 401K management) and company liability and property insurances. Oversight and responsibility for a staff of 4 accounting personnel.
