ISTHA North/South I-355 South Extension: An aggressive $7+ Million ISTHA project with a 1-Year project schedule. Project was extremely challenging in that there were numerous revisions issued at the end of the project. Despite the numerous revisions, the project was completed on schedule and profitably. ISTHA I-PASS Toll Collection on Tri-State Remote Plazas: *Recipient Contractor Recognition Award 1997 The project was a continuance of the new I-PASS technology at various remote plazas along the south end of the Tri-State Tollway. ISTHA Electronic I-PASS Toll Collection System: *Recipient Contractor of the Year 1994 Groundbreaking project introducing ISTHAs new I-PASS Electronic Toll Collection System implemented at the York Road Toll Plaza on I-88 in Oakbrook. The project was unique in that specific and new installation methods had to be employed not normally performed on conventional projects. Jardine Water Filtration Plant Rehabilitation of the Main Control Room. An extremely complex project entailing the replacement of existing control equipment without interruption of the plants existing equipment. The project required extremely close coordination with plant personnel on a daily basis. Temporary controls were implemented while antiquated systems were identified and replaced.
