I am an experienced manager with extensive multi-facility responsibility for critical NYC Police Department facilities, with private client business continuity consulting, and financial services firm ownership experience, including risk management and recovery planning. I am a knowledgeable commercial mortgage originator and self-licensed NYS Mortgage Broker and NYS Real Estate Broker, familiar with complex (international) real estate agreements, with strong contract negotiating skills. I have managed budgets with full company/unit and capital project P&L responsibility.
I am certified by the Town of Hempstead for residential electrical installations, and am familiar with residential building codes and Residential Property Management. Additionally, I am a proficient IT Technician and Network Administrator with hands-on financial services enterprise experience including risk and security management, and NYPD security certifications.
