We are growing in NY and we have an immediate opportunity for an individual with experience in residential property maintenance to join our Maintenance team in supporting our 330+unit luxury residential property, located in Brooklyn, NY.
MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Needed to build a team and perform daily building maintenance/operations and ensure timely completion in filling resident work requests, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs and other duties that require physical effort.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
* Current/valid driver's license;
* 3-5 years of relevant experience in all phases of apartment maintenance and overall building trades, including plumbing and HVAC (chillers and boilers)
* Ability to successfully multi-task and meet deadlines in busy, time-sensitive environment;
* HS diploma or equivalent MANDATORY;
* Previous supervisory experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Previous experience in residential real estate &/or hospitality industries a plus.
* Professional appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a proven ability to provide excellent customer service as position interacts with residents and vendors.
* Must be available for emergency/on call situations; some weekends required.
* Successful completion of background check, education verification and drug screening.
