Bordwine Development Inc. is a General Contractor for Residential and Commercial construction. We are bonded and insured. We have five (5) experienced superintendents with a total of 50 years of construction knowledge and skills. Each superintendent supervises a crew in multi job tasks.
Owner Brannan Bordwine started out doing carpentry and has expanded his expertise and knowledge in several fields such as, concrete and concrete stamping and staining. He complete development of the subdivision, Alli Circle, named after his daughter and Christal Grand Mall, named after his wife. He has tried and perfected concrete engraving and cutting, fireplace installation and stone hearths, exquisite window treatments, and several other achievements.
He has an impressive list of past projects and many current projects underway. He has now completed building a new office to house all of his many divisions and it is quite a showplace. It has examples of all the different items and techniques that Brannan is known for. The new office for Bordwine Development is located at 1102 Pikes Peak Road, Chickasha. We also have several For Sale listings of Commercial Property, Residential Property and Lots for sale.
One of our other companies is Bordwine Urban and Rural Development Corporation. This company has several commercial rentals and residential rentals that stay occupied. It also has several pieces of land that are waiting for development of either homes, duplexes and strip malls. Urban and Rural Development Corporation has grown from just a handful of properties to 5 new duplexes, a new strip mall on Grand Avenue and lots more and is still growing.
Environmental Chem Inc. is another division that rents out port-a-potties on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. And has 10 yard roll-offs for rent to get rid of your trash and debris.
Our metal shop manufactures deer tree stands and blinds for the adventurous hunters. We have shipped blinds as far as the panhandle in Texas. We have even custom built blinds and stands for several customers. The metal shop also manufactures livestock panels in several sizes. Custom orders are also welcome.
