Design-to-Suit/Finance-to-Suit/Build-to-Suit: Concord Eastridge offers the complete turnkey delivery of facilities in combination with attractive lease and/or purchase terms that meet the financial needs of the end-user and its facility plan. Real estate is taken through entitlements; facilities are designed and constructed to our clients' specifications and timeframe. Third Party Development Management: Serving as each project's Development Manager, Concord Eastridge effectively reduces the risk inherent to public sector and user-driven facility development (schedule and budget). Concord Eastridge orchestrates all of the technical aspects associated with site acquisition, the creation of architectural design, the procurement of entitlements, the production of construction documents, the permitting of plans, and the coordination of the entire development process, including contract negotiations and administration as well as budget/funding-related activities including project accounting.
