MDS/Miller Dyer Spears is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, flexible, creative marketing management professional. The successful candidate will work closely with firm leadership to organize, create and produce marketing collateral, proposals and interview materials at our award-winning architecture firm.
The candidate must possess strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills and 3-7 years prior experience working in an A/E firm. In addition, time management skills; the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and work with diverse personalities will be essential. A bachelor’s degree is required, English, Journalism, or Communications majors preferred.
Other requirements include:
· Experience in writing and editing proposals, designing awards submittals and collateral materials and coordinating photography
· Experience in updating website, writing news releases and promotional materials, placing articles in publications, and creating relationships with media professionals
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, including Flash
· Familiarity with CRM and/or database software a plus
