- Supervisory experience is required
Successful candidate will ensure that construction projects are properly planned, coordinated and completed on schedule, within the approved budget. Will oversee and direct activities of architects, engineers, and outside contractors. Will develop project budgets and review and approve all charges to a construction project.Qualified candidate must meet all of the following requirements to apply: 4-year Baccalaureate degree with a major in Construction Management or Architectural Management/Electrical Engineering (license preferred). At least 5 years of experience in Construction Management, at least 2 of which in the healthcare environment. Comprehensive working knowledge of North Carolina building codes. Knowledge of JCAHO standards.
