Performing all essential Business Development activities in Public & Private sector ventures; representing firm in professional manner. Position includes identifying, developing and pursuing potential project opportunities; identifying and expanding client base as well as maintain existing client base. Additional responsibilities will include preparing proposals and presentations and preparing firms team for presentations. This position is responsible for responding to and coordinating RFQs and RFPs as well as completing other responsibilities as assigned.
Successful candidate must have excellent judgment; strong critical thinking skills and be detail oriented. Must be flexible, have the ability to work independently, positive attitude as well as excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, in addition to outstanding organizational and follow-up skills. Candidate must be an active member in various professional organizations ULI, BIA, etc. Bachelor's Degree required.
