We are seeking a team player with 3-5 years of HR experience with an emphasis on recruiting. Candidates must have strong interpersonal, written & verbal skills. Responsibilities will include screening of candidates and coordination and posting of internet job ads, preparation of offer letters and performing new hire orientation and open enrollment processes. Working knowledge of health & welfare benefit plans is required, as successful candidate will also, at times, serve as a liaison between insurance vendors (TPA's) & employees resolving problems & answering employee benefit questions, as well as processing enrollment forms & inputting data into the HR database system.
