Job Description
We are seeking an individual to manage the activities related to the engineering and manufacturing of all divisional products. Responsibilities include participating in the recruitment, training, development and administration of an effective engineering organization; maintaining records to support Patent’s action; assisting the Marketing dept with retrofit programs; and approving designs for new products, components and product changes as well as aiding in the approval of quality assurance programs.
Requirements:
To qualify, you must possess a PE in at least 1 state with multiple licensing preferred; a BS in Civil or Structural Engineering or similar discipline; strong knowledge of OSHA regulations for the construction industry; and experience with current engineering software/hardware as well as product development. Must have 10 years' engineering experience in the construction industry with at least 5 years' of supervisory experience directing a corporate Engineering dept.
