Position Summary: Responsible for the oversight and support of project management activities within the Exelon Nuclear Project. Provides oversight and governance to assure consistent planning, scheduling and implementation of major projects. Develops and maintains a plan to support the Client´s long-term strategic projects. Duties and Responsibilities: Provides the appropriate oversight and governance to assure consistent planning, scheduling and implementation of major projects. Interfaces on a regular basis with the Exelon Projects Organization. Builds a core team that complements the Exelon Projects Organization. Develops a plan to support strategic projects in accordance with the Exelon Life Cycle Management Program (10-year plan).Assures a consistent process for project estimating, scheduling and implementation. Develops an assessment process for challenging project implementation readiness. Identifies improved methods and input to shared savings opportunities.
Must Have Skills
* Strong knowledge of project controls, planning, scheduling and estimating
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective, collaborative working relationships inside and outside of the organization
* Typically has 10 years relevant experience
* Bachelor degree desirable in engineering, construction management or related field
Nice To Have Skills
* Project Management certification desirable
