| Job Description: |
Under the general direction of the Superintendent, supervises the Maintenance, Operations, Transportation and Facilities Planning/Development functions; supervises the performance of assigned trades and professional-level personnel in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations and statutes and district policies.
EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university preferably with a degree in architecture, engineering, facilities planning, or construction management. Master degree desirable. Registration as a professional engineer or architect will receive preference. Courses in business administration, real estate, accounting, school operations and finance are desirable.
EXPERIENCE: Seven years+ of executive or administrative experience that include responsibility for the design and/or construction of new facilities; the planning and coordination of capital projects; and/or facilities, maintenance, operations or transportation.
