Qualifications:
• Must have ability to respond to requests with accuracy as well as in a prompt, professional manner
• Must be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, environment with excellent organizational and
planning skills and be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Must have a congenial and professional demeanor and the ability and willingness to work in a team
environment
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and aptitude
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and able to complete work with little supervision
• Ability to maintain strict confidence
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for the HR Department to ensure functions of the department are
managed in a professional, dependable and confidential manner
• HR system (ADP/HRB)
• Data management (including daily transactions and system maintenance) and preparation of reports
• Maintains data integrity and security in HR system for all users, monitoring, auditing and updating
records as needed
• Develop/maintain self service tools
• Maintain and/or establish benefit programs
• Identify opportunities for HR system enhancements and increases in efficiency
• Research for special projects
• Correspondence
• Maintenance of employee records including preparation, processing and maintenance of various
employment/benefit related data and forms
• Administration of employee stock purchase program
• Assistance in administration of retirement plan
• Assist in visa processing
• Answering telephones
• Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:
• High school diploma, some college preferred
• 3-5 years experience in administrative/HRIS role
• Advanced software skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS (ADP/HRB preferred)
