| Job Description: |
The Senior Vice President will be responsible for leading and directing all construction management. The Senior Vice President will work with senior management team to establish and implement goals, objectives, policies and procedures to promote the sustainable success of a prosperous organization.
This position requires excellent leadership skills and a customer-centered management approach. Additional job qualifications include strong organizational and management skills, experience with commercial constructions projects, specific familiarity with standard operational and management agreements and a superior ability to communicate orally and in writing. A Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
* Candidate will develop, foster, and maintain productive relationships among senior management of other company divisions and affiliated companies.
* Formulate and implement long-range goals, objectives and policies for the constructions team.
* Lead a performance driven structure of accountability, creativity and discipline to optimize professional constructions team
* Results through people-persuasion rather than directing
* Working on several projects simultaneously
• Persuasive verbal skills
Qualifications:
* Excellent Leadership and development skills
* Construction field operations experience
* Constructions project management
* Strong analytic and organizational skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office including Excel and Word.
* Excellent written and oral communicator.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is desired.
