CEO/President-Lake County's Premier Employee Owned, Builder/Developer of Active Adult Communities has an opening for an experienced CEO/President with a proven track record of leadership in a successful community development and home building operation.
The successful applicant will have 10-15 years experience in strategic planning that will include planning and developing sales and marketing programs, formulation of financial programs to provide funding for new or continuing operations that will maximize returns on investments and increase profitability.
This position will be responsible for legal compliance of the organization and will plan and develop labor and customer relations designed to uphold and improve the company image with the public, customers, and employees.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills for planning business objectives, organizational and time management skills, excellent interpersonal skills, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Construction Management. A Master's degree is preferred.
