As part of our continued growth and development, Noble is seeking highly motivated qualified Human Resources Director candidates for our Marriott City Center in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a Executive Committee member and department head, the Human Resources Director will be responsible for all human capital strategic planning and execution. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Director to join a dynamic, growth oriented hotel company with a culture of commitment to our team members, guests, financial stakeholders and communities! The Marriott City Center is currently under ground up new build construction with an expected opening in mid 2008. The HR office is utilizing temporary office space and is actively marketing the hotel.
Job Requirements: T
he ideal candidate will have 5+ years director-level human resources management hospitality experience supporting approximately 350 full time, part time and on-call team members - preferably with an "A+" brand. HR experience supporting Rooms and Front desk, Catering and Banquets, and Restaurant in a pro-team member environment a must. The right candidate will have the ability to lead an executive team in employee relations, top talent identification, acquisition and retention, training and development, benefits and compensation administration, performance management and performance excellence.
