We currently have an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with 10+ years experience in the architecture/interior design industry. This Director of Marketing/Business Development will work closely with top firm management and oversee/direct the marketing team in New York and Chicago. This individual will be expected to:
• Formulate and implement multiple marketing initiatives in conjunction with senior firm management.
• Develop, execute and maintain effective marketing and public relations strategies
• Manage the RFP process from initial request through final response submission
• Oversee the development of all collateral material, website content and updates
• Support and advance the implementation of marketing and business development programs
• Coordinate public relations including press releases, by-lined articles, networking events and award submissions
• Oversee and expand client database
Requirements:
• Proven ability to create proposals and business development tools; experience in managing lead generation and development programs
• Exceptional knowledge and experience with the Corporate and Retail Architectural/Interior Design industry as well as best practices
• Must be assertive with strong organizational and project management abilities
• Strong knowledge of the New York Commercial Real Estate Market is essential
• Excellent communications skills – verbal and written
