Immediate opening for a Chief Engineer for a class "A" two building complex located in the 17,000 block of Preston Road. West building is 14 story approximately 262,054 Sq.Ft. East building is 3 story approximately 56,641 Sq. Ft. Responsibilities include; preventive maintenance, tenant calls, emergency equipment testing, water treatment, troubleshooting equipment, minor electrical repairs.
