Ideal Candidate:
CPA
5+ years finance experience in a corporate setting (Vice President, Divisional Controller, etc)
Positioned at mid-career ready and eager for CFO responsibilities
Visionary and proactive

Commitment to hospitality and customer service
Excellent communication and people skills
Open to relocation to beautiful Chattanooga
Prior senior housing a plus
Requirements:
CFO Responsibilities:
Implements owners financial vision while leading finance and accounting areas.
Provides key leadership in achieving financial goals for company.
Participates in developing long-term strategies.
Assists owner in relationships with investors and lenders.
Involved in cost controls, working capital management, budgeting and financing.
Provides key leadership in re-financings, tax areas, acquisitions and construction.
