Healthcare and Senior Living Architectural firm seeking motivated and energetic candidates for Marketing Manager. Our multi-disciplinary firm employs a creative staff of professionals who provide Architecture, Interior Design, and Graphic Design solutions to clients large and small. Firm has focus on Sustainable Design and business practices. Home office on Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, Colorado; two offices in California.
Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly. Performs advanced marketing support functions, supervises work of subordinate personnel. Develops and maintains marketing information systems, creates concepts for and coordinates production of collateral materials, supports development of marketing and sales strategy, researches target markets and clients. Helps develop strategy on project-specific marketing activities, and coordinates production of project marketing support materials. Establishes relationships with media representatives, coordinates public relations activities and special events.
Coordinates implementation of corporate identity, direct mail programs, project photography, and advertising. Writes proposal sections (strong writing skills) and general marketing correspondence. Manages website updates and maintenance, and works in parallel with graphic design staff.
Education:
Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field (communications, business…)
Experience:
5-7 years experience in Professional Service Marketing
Other experience: Must have experience with Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite. Experience with Deltek Vision a bonus.
Successful candidate will have strong interest in design and desire to learn about our business. Knowledge of Healthcare and Senior Living industries a plus.
