Position Description:
This newly established entry level position will join a dynamic and established construction team in support of Tippmann Group/Tippmann Construction’s aggressive strategic growth plans.
This position requires Bachelor’s degree with demonstrative management experience with a successful track record of positive job performance, attention to detail and results-oriented experience. The ideal candidate will have experience and/or familiarity with Human Resources and/or Safety. The candidate must be a self-starter, highly motivated and require limited supervision. Training will be provided at the beginning of placement for the position.
Tippmann Construction offers a very competitive salary plus a generous quarterly bonus program based upon performance/results as well as a comprehensive company benefits package. Regular travel is a requirement of the position. Position is available immediately.
