We are seeking a skilled General Sales Manager / Director who will oversee all aspects of a home remodeling operation from sales to customer service to daily operations and accounting. Job Responsibilities
As a General Sales Manager / Director for Champion Window, you will hire employees, drive sales and largely command the day-to-day operations of the business. You will retain responsibility for the businesss profits and losses.
Additional responsibilities for the General Sales Manager / Director include:
Training and inspiring a sales team of 3-15 people
Overseeing advertising and marketing campaigns
Staying current on industry trends, products and competitors prices
Directing an installation team of 4-20 installers as well as an installation manager and Office manager
Setting budgets and controlling costs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
General Sales Manager-Construction Manager/Management Director
As a General Sales Manager / Director for Champion Window, you must be a charismatic, creative and confident leader who is a forward-thinking and enjoys every aspect of running a business.
Additional requirements of the General Sales Manager / Director include:
Minimum 5 years leadership experience; Sales or Construction management experience preferred; prior experience leading a diverse team is a plus
General proficiency with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to unload trucks, climb up scaffoldings/ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to pass a drug screening, driving history check and criminal background check
Knowledge of Profit & Loss principles a plus
Experience driving business sales through Marketing initiatives a plus
