Director of Healthcare Design Halff Associates is seeking an architect for the position of Director of Healthcare Design in the Ft. Worth or Richardson, Texas office. We are looking for a registered architect with a minimum of 15 years experience in Healthcare, Commercial, Science & Technology, Institutional and Government building design. Responsibilities will include directing Healthcare Design and leading a team of professionals working on major healthcare projects: • Verification of Scopes of Work • Coordinate all disciplines and consultants • Oversee and coordinate staff architects for design and production • Procedures, Codes and Criteria • Specifications • Cost Estimates • Quality management and control • Project equipment and database management • Project Deliverables and Schedules • Construction Management • Business Development Individual productivity, reliability, commitment, organization, communication skills and judgment/decision making is a must.
