We are searching for a Business Development Director to be based in the USA who will focus on growing our already established design and investment activities throughout North and South America.
Reporting to the UK based CEO, key responsibilities will be:
* Responsibility for growing our business in the Americas
* Promotion of the Yoo brand and service offering throughout the region
* Developing and implementing a sales strategy to create and secure design and investment opportunities on residential and mixed use projects
* Analysis of new business opportunities and preparation of detailed proposals
* Negotiation of commercial terms
The ideal candidate will be:
* A graduate or MBA with broad business experience, ideally with a background in residential property and an interest in design
* An exceptional networker ideally with extensive contacts in the real estate industry
* A high achiever who is strong in interpersonal and presentational skills
* Financially aware with analytical skills and an understanding of property investment and joint ventures
* Flexible and able to work on a wide variety of project opportunities throughout the Americas
* Have language skills - Spanish and/or Portuguese would be an advantage
