Opening for an experienced professional to manage our business development and marketing activities. Our work includes large-scale and mid-sized mixed-use urban infill projects, transit-oriented development, commercial, institutional, and transportation projects. We also complete urban design and streetscape design assignments, as well as master plans and design guidelines for public, private and non-profit clients. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of progressive business development and marketing achievement within the architectural/engineering industry, and enjoy working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
The successful candidate will exhibit proven marketing management and planning capabilities, posses’ strong relationship skills and be able to communicate effectively with senior management and Principals. This individual will work directly with the firm’s Principals in the development of the firm’s overall marketing and business development strategies, marketing budget, and execution of these strategies. They will also take the lead and provide the hands-on development of the RFQ/RFP process, as well as, overseeing all related marketing functions.
Outstanding writing, editing and organizational skills and excellent interpersonal and networking skills are required. A Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study is required. Candidate must be literate with Adobe In-Design, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Filemaker Pro.
