| Job Description: |
-BS in engineering, architecture or related technical discipline
- Minimum 15 years experience working with the Army and Army Corps of Engineers with specific experience in engineering, design, construction (particularly D/B projects), construction management, and environmental services
-Seven years experience in developing and managing marketing budgets and proposal budgets
-Professional registration/license (P.E., R.A.)
-Security clearance required (minimum Secret Clearance)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrated knowledge of the Army and Army Corps of Engineers acquisition process
Proven success in identifying, developing capture strategies for, and winning new contracts with the Army and Army Corps of Engineers for engineering, construction, environmental services, and other professional service type contracts
Proven success in establishing a solid backlog of projects under IDIQ contracts
Manage existing relationships and develop new relationships with Army and Army Corps of Engineers staff in key organizations
Direct the sales, marketing, proposal and other business development efforts for all major Army and Army Corp opportunities
Prepare business plans and implement strategic initiatives to identify and establish new clients and opportunities
Create and deliver presentations to clients and Sr Management
Monitor project performance and maintain high client satisfaction
Develop and negotiate teaming agreements and alliances in cooperation with division managers/regional managers/office managers
Provide senior level programmatic leadership and management for ongoing projects
