We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Human Resources. This position will be responsible for handling day-to-day aspects of HR initiatives, including working on proactive planning, implementing processes and programs in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits, performance management, policy interpretation, orientation, training, retention and turnover.

5+ years HR generalist experience
•Proven ability as a problem solver
•Ability to juggle multiple priorities
•Successful recruitment experience from entry to senior levels
•Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communications skills
•Strong PC skills
