Morley Builders is a major general contractor, operating under the union Morley Construction Company and the open-shop Benchmark Contractors. We are currently onsite on major construction projects throughout Southern California. As we continue to grow and develop our talented workforce, we are creating an exciting new position to work in our Human Resources team as the Training and Development Coordinator. Responsibilities are varied and long term growth opportunities are excellent. We envision the position to initially coordinate the various portions of our in-house corporate university, some of which are in place and have been operational for years, some of which are just ideas. Three to five years of experience in curriculum development, results tracking and integration of training with talent development is required, as is a sense of humor! A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in HR, Organization Development, Psychology or a related field.
